TSBA (Pty) Ltd (“we”) is the responsible party for personal information you send to this website. The operator is The Small Business Accountant, Cape Town, Western Cape.

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form we receive your name, email, phone number if you give one, business name, the season you selected, and your message. If you email or phone, we receive whatever you choose to say.

Why

To answer you and, if we then work together, to keep the client record the law expects of an accountant. We do not sell the list. We do not add you to a newsletter because you asked a question. This site does not run advertising trackers.

Who else sees it

If Netlify Forms receives the enquiry, that host passes the submission to us. The Cloudflare copy of this site does not collect the form. Email and phone reach us either way. We do not send enquiry details to anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask us to (for example, a referral you requested).

How long

An enquiry that does not become a client relationship is kept only as long as we need to respond and to show what was said, then deleted or de-identified. Client records are kept for the periods tax and professional rules require.
